Terms & Conditions 

1. Our contract This website invites you to buy goods from us. It is a legally binding contract as soon as we receive full payment from you, and we have sent an acknowledgement of your order by email to the email address given by you when you place the order. 

2. Price The price shown on this website is correct for all orders placed on this website at the time you place the order All prices are subject to VAT at the rate prevailing at the time the goods are invoiced. A delivery charge will be payable, will be notified at the time the order is placed, and will be added to the order. Your debit/credit card will be debited prior to delivery. 

3. Cancellation At any time after placing your order, and prior to despatch of your order, you can cancel your order without incurring any charge. To do this, please contact us in writing, or telephone us, quoting your order number. Once you have received the goods, you are free to return them to us within 7 days of receipt, provided that:- - You pay the costs of returning the goods to us, and - The returned goods are received by us in the same condition they were delivered to you, and in the original packaging. If you return any goods to us in accordance with the above, your credit/debit card will be credited within 30 days. 

4. Stock shortages If any goods you order are not immediately available, we will advise you by email as soon as possible, and suggest any alternatives. 

5. Product Descriptions The information and descriptions contained on this website are intended only as a guide, and we cannot warrant that they are 100% accurate. If you have any doubts or reservations about the product(s) you wish to order, please telephone us for any additional information or assistance. 

6. Delivery We will deliver your goods as soon as possible after we have received and acknowledged your order. We will deliver to the address you have provided on the order form, and normally within 30 days of the date you placed your order. Ownership of, and risk in, the goods will pass to you once they have been delivered to you. If you wish to specify a delivery date, please telephone or email us, and we will do our best to accommodate this. However, whilst we will do our best to deliver as specified, we give no warranty regarding this. 

7. Defective Goods If the goods you have received from us are defective, either on delivery or within 7 days, you can return them to us at your cost, provided you enclose written details of the defects. If, after we have examined them, we agree that they are defective, we will:- 

 

• Replace or repair the goods, 

• Reimburse any reasonable postage costs incurred by you 

• Return the repaired/replaced goods to you, free of charge.
